So spaghetti is my all time favorite dish, if I’m not eating swallow, then I would always enjoy any pasta dish; and what other way to prepare pasta than to learn from the best (i meant the Italians lol). Spaghetti Puttanesca! Its my first time coming across a recipe like this but it doesn’t look like a dish that would best me and I’m sure it’s easy enough for everyone to prepare.

This dish is very easy to prepare, the ingredients are also very common ingredients that can be found in our local markets, its all about learning the steps and this delicious dish is ready for Sunday! Lol

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • Olive Oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic Clove
  • Can of tomatoes
  • Paprika
  • Frozen roasted pepper
  • Black Olives
  • Parmesan

Directions on how to prepare Spaghetti Puttanesca

Cook your pasta in a pot, take another pot and heat oil in a large pan, fry the onions until soft and add the garlic in. Add some tomatoes, peppers, and olives in a pot; check for seasoning, then cook for few minutes until heated enough. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce, serve with a lot of grated parmesan cheese.
