Spaghetti Bolognese

I don’t know about you guys but nobody told me Spaghetti Bolognese was gonna need that many ingredients.

Directions on how to prepare Spaghetti Bolognese

Add oil on your pan and place over medium heat to allow the oil heat up. Add your bacon and allow it fry for some minutes. Add your vegetables ( onions, celery sticks, carrot, garlic cloves, 3 rosemary sprigs), stir and allow to fry for some minutes until it softens. Increase the heat now before adding your beef and allow to cook until the meat gets brown. Add your tin tomatoes, basil leaves, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, bay leaves, tomato puree, beef stock cube, chilli, red wine and fresh sliced tomatoes. Bring to boil and cover with a lid, stirring occasionally while you allow to cook for about 1 hour.

Add the parmesan cheese, seasoning, make sure you stir. In another pan, boil your spaghetti, drain it with a sieve and add into your bolognese sauce. Grate some more paremesan cheese and serve with some basil leaevs.

Easy right? Lol. The directions may be a bit difficult to follow and i quite understand, so as customary, do enjoy the video below and i sincerely hope you do give this recipe (Spaghetti Bolognese) a try. Enjoy!
